Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we process in two roles: as the controller of FG Popup Builder user data, and as the processor of data about visitors to our users' websites. The controller is [PROVIDER — name, company ID, registered office], contact hello@freakingreat.com.
01
Service users' data (us as controller)
When you register and use an account we process your name, email, password (stored only in a secured form), workspace membership and technical sign-in records. The purpose is operating the service and sending transactional emails (address verification, password reset, invitations) — the legal basis is performance of a contract.
We keep the data for as long as the account exists. We send no marketing emails during the beta.
02
Website visitors' data (us as processor)
Contacts submitted through popup forms (typically an email address, a consent flag, the page URL and the time) are processed on behalf of the operator of the website where the popup runs — they are the controller of that data. The processing terms are set out in the data processing agreement annexed to the Terms of Service.
If you filled in a popup form on someone else's website and want your data corrected or deleted, please contact the operator of that website. We will gladly help them fulfil your request.
03
The embedded script, cookies and localStorage
The popup script served from fgpush.com sets no cookies and does not track visitors across websites. It only stores technical records in the visitor's browser localStorage — that a popup was shown, closed or submitted — so the popup doesn't keep coming back. These records stay in the browser and are never sent anywhere.
Impression and click statistics are collected as aggregate counts with no visitor identifiers — we don't know, and don't need to know, who saw a popup.
The popup.freakingreat.com app itself uses only essential sign-in (session) cookies; we deploy no analytics or marketing cookies.
04
Recipients and third-country transfers
The service runs on: Vercel Inc. (app hosting and image storage, USA/EU), Neon Inc. (database, USA region — us-east-1) and Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery, EU region). Transfers to the USA rely on an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes.
05
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Exercise them at hello@freakingreat.com; we will respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
06
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the service or its providers change. The version date is shown in the header; we announce material changes in the app.
